Transcript RequestStudent/Graduate Requests for Transcript InformationIn order to request your official transcripts, you can fill out the request form in Records Office; or you can request it by sending a letter fax or e-mail with your signature on it. The request should be addressed to the Database Manager Mr. Silvio Salazar at silvio.salazar@avemaria.edu.ni Information required:
The cost per copy is U$ 25.00. You can pay by phone at the cashier Ext 209; please have all the credit card information ready when you call (type of credit card, card number, expiration date, and the name of the card holder). You can include your credit card information in the letter.
To process the request we must have all the requirements and a business clearance from Business Office. The transcripts are processed as ordered, and it will take about ten working days to process your request. The transcripts can be picked up or be sent by mail (Correos de Nicaragua). To pay for special carrier (DHL) make sure the address is not a P.O.Box, and include a telephone number. Transcripts can not be sent by fax or e-mail.We do not certify the transcripts. You need to go to the External Affairs in Managua, Nicaragua. If you will; make sure, you request the Provost's signature in the Transcript (This is the signature registered in Nicaragua). Regarding the course description you have to e-mail the Academic Dean's office (academicdean@avemaria.edu.ni or deansecretary@avemaria.edu.ni ) |
