Student Billing


The Business Office is responsible for managing and enforcing the University’s financial policies.  In addition to collecting and posting payments on students' accounts, this office oversees the Ave Maria University-Latin American Campus Tuition Payment Plan, Financial Aid refunds, Institutional Loan accounts,  and the collection of past due accounts. The Business Office also processes refunds from over-payments, university withdrawals and status changes, and is available for answering questions about your student account.

The Accounts Receivable Officer directs the office and sets up Tuition Payment Plans, resolve billing disputes, and assists with any student account issues, including the initiation of student refunds.

We are here to help both students and parents understand your student account and ensure that your financial responsibilities are met.  The Business Office is here to help you. Please feel free to call or email any time:

Payment Plan

Ave Maria realizes that educational expenses, like all other expenses, are easier to budget when they can be spread over monthly payments. Therefore, we make available to you the option of a five-month payment plan for the fall or spring term, as well as a two-month payment plan for the summer term. Any parent, guardian or student is eligible for this plan. The Tuition Payment Plan allows you to meet all or part of Ave Maria’s academic expenses on a monthly schedule instead of one lump sum each term.
