Make a Payment


Walk up service: The university cashier is available to receive cash, check, or credit card payment from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM. The university accepts credit card payments of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners Club, and JBC Cards. The cashier office is located near the Administrative building in front of reception area.

Payment with Check and Similar: 

Payment with US Document: Payment could be processed with US check or US money order which should be payable to the order of Ave Maria University Inc.

Payment with Nicaragua Check: Payment could be processed with Nicaraguan check from any local bank in either US Dollars or Nicaraguan Córdoba which should be payable to the order of Ave Maria University Inc.

Payment with Regional Check: Payment could be processed in US Dollars with any Central American checks from any bank member of the BAC Credomatic | Network and LAFISE Group which should be payable to the order of Ave Maria University Inc.

 Bank Deposit: Payment in Dollar currency could be deposited into the following bank accounts:

In Nicaragua and rest of Central America:

  • Ave Maria University bank account at BAC | Credomatic, account No 070-007525. Payments could be deposited at any branch of BAC | Credomatic in Nicaragua or Central America.
  • Ave Maria University bank account at LAFISE, account No 491200219. Payments could be deposited at any branch of LAFISE in Nicaragua only

Honduras:

  • Ave Maria University bank account at LAFISE Honduras, account 119604000133. Payments could be deposited at any branch of LAFISE Honduras only.

Payment over the Phone:You could make your payment by calling (505) 2535-2314, ext: 209. You will only need to provide your credit or debit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date.

Automatic Debits: You may also subscribe to the Ave Maria University Automatic Debit Program. You will only need to fill up a form available at the Business Office in order to authorize the institution to charge your debit or credit card for your monthly payments.
