Institutional Scholarships And Grants For International Students

Institutional scholarships and grants are awarded based on need and merit. Need criteria include the family's income, the distance the student must travel to the University, and the family's educational expenses for other children. Merit criteria include academic achievement, participation in community service, church activities, and school leadership organizations and artistic or athletic ability.

Many scholarships and grants include a work/study component, in which students are assigned to work with faculty members or administrators for ten hours per week.

Each scholarship or grant is tailored to the financial and academic needs of the recipient. The individual award letter provides the specifics of the award, the GPA required, and the work/study requirements.
